During installation, it is possible that your Signitic application indicates that it is "Offline" even though you are connected to an internet network.

There are two possibilities:

  1. Check that your internet connection is private and not restricted.

  2. Add Signitic to your list of trusted applications in your firewall (Norton, Cisco, MCAfee, Kaspersky ...)

Then, you just have to connect your user account !
