The main entity is where all the information about your company is listed (logo, website, mailing address, phone, social networks, slogan, etc.). It is the identity card of your company.

This part allows you to create groups (and sub-groups) to segment your company according to your departments (Accounting, Commerce, Human Resources, Marketing, etc.)

This is the basis of your tree structure in Signitic,

It is here that we retrieve the information of your company to display them in your signature templates.

In case of information not communicated/filled in your other entities, Signitic will retrieve the information indicated in the main entity by default.

The "Main" group allows to gather by default any new user loaded on your administrator platform. It is recognizable thanks to the star in front of its title.

Unlike the other groups you can create, the "Main" group can be renamed but it cannot be deleted. "And why is that?" (yes, we anticipate questions). To make sure that no user is ever left without a template by mistake! Yes, we have thought of everything at Signitic...

Your first mission on the Signitic platform is to create a nice template to assign to this default group. Mission accepted?
