As an end user, your signature is updated daily on OWA. If your signature is not up to date, please make sure to refresh OWA(Ctrl/Cmd + R).
If the problem persists, please contact your Signitic administrator.
If you want to edit the information in your signature, go here in OWA:
By clicking on Signitic, you will be prompted to log in via Office 365 again and have access to your information.
